Start at 50 points and add or subtract points as stated for each statement that applies to you...

Salad Dressing Ingredients :
Olive oil
Garlic cloves (crushed)
Dried herbs (Basil leaves, Mixed herbs or Italian herbs, etc)
Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Black Pepper
Salt

There's no fixed quantity for the ingredients, you can put as much or as little as you want according to personal preference....... yet the finished product is still delicious.  Put everything in a glass bottle, shake well then can serve.  No refrigeration is required.

沙拉油材料:

蒜頭 (壓碎用)
香草碎(九層塔,意大利香草....等等)
鮮搾西檸汁
粗黑胡椒粒
幼鹽
為什麼材料只有名稱, 沒有份量? 因為Poo99這瓶沙拉油所有的材料都求求其其, 沒有特定份量....因個人喜好隨意地加入搖勻便可以淋在蔬菜上進食. 例如: 喜愛蒜香的可以加入大量蒜頭, 喜愛淡口的可以減少鹽的份量; 份量因應沙拉材料有所調節而更能帶出食物的鮮味

Back home from work at 2am, after taking shower, chilled out abit, went to bed at 3:30am.....

Had a silly dream (can't remember what is it about), woke up at 1330pm. Cooked noodles with vegi, surfed the internet for awhile, my eye lids were falling, so I went back to bed again after 2 hours.

Picked up a call from the insurance's telemarketer, then fell asleep again until 1900pm, time to get up for my weekly badminton game.

Did a brief calculation => I slept from 0330-1330 (10 hours), then 1530-1900 (3.5 hours) => slept for 13.5 hours!!!
 
As a light sleeper like me, it's really very rare for me to sleep so much, I think it's about the 2nd or 3rd time of my stay in SG that I had such a sound sleep. 

Hence, need to blog about this remarkable day ~

很多年前已經從日本友人處聽說過這是十分著名的產品, 這些年來從未有購買意欲.....假如不是舊老闆送給我, 我一定不會購買.
挑了一點兒來嘗試, 超級濃烈的玫瑰花味道令我覺得好像在進食玫瑰潤膚露或香水, 反而草莓的味道卻被掩蓋了...太濃郁的花味不是我的喜好......草根出身的Poo99還是到超市去買我一貫食用的平民草莓醬吧~~
不過人一世, 物一世, 有機會一試這225克售價HK$138的"上等人菓醬"都是一個難得的經驗.
 
First heard of this jam was about 10+ years ago from my Japanese friends who were holidaying in Hong Kong.  Yet I never had the intention to purchase and taste it.

It's until I went back to Hong Kong and visited my ex-ex-ex-ex-ex.....boss (sorry, been job hopping so much that the number of "ex" is uncountable....kakak) who gave me a small jar as gift. 

I was so pleased and couldn't wait to taste this "deluxe jam"~~~
I picked a bit ---- the rose petals' aroma was very strong... .actually it's so strong that I could hardly taste the strawberry. 

Maybe only rose petals can't make fruit jam so they have to mix it with strawberry.  But the super strong rose armoa made me feel like I am taking rose lotion / rose perfume, really not my cup of tea. 

An average person, or even grassroot like Poo99, it's better for me to shop at the normal supermarkets for the ordinary strawberry jam. 

However, it's not a bad experience as I've never imagined myself would have the chance to taste a jar of jam worths at HK$138 / 225g.

唔得閒呀~~~
