I have always been curious and wanted to try this since I knew of it.  It was last Saturday when I walked past a Tanning Studio near Bugis Junction.  The trial pice is SGD10 for 10 mins, not cheap but not deep, so I gave a go.

The salon staff asked me to rinse my feet then can soak into the pool full of doctor fish.  When I put my feet into the water, the fish would first go away, a bit cautious for awhile.  When my body remained still and the didn't detect any danger, they would then started to gather around my feet and nibbled around my feet. 

The feeling is weird, I felt unbearably ticklish.  But since I have paid for the money, of course I would not give up.  I just forced myself to stay in the water and let them tickling my feet.... I even submerged my kneecaps into the water as I thought the dead skin cells at the knee cap area should be the worst. 

Finally 15mins past (staff said extra 5 mins for free), I got out of the water and rinse my feet.  Touched my feet, it felt softer and silkier.  Too bad I didn't have a pedicure section followed with this. 

If I would like to try the body exfoliation, it would be SGD49 for 30 mins, and I will have to wear bikini to get as much skin exposed as possible for the treatment.  I don't think I could bear the ticklish feeling beyond my feet.... :)

看過雜誌報導"魚毛去死皮"覺得很有趣, 可是最初只有聖淘沙島上的美療中心才有, 價錢並不便宜. 只有作罷.

上星期湊巧路過武吉士的一所美容院看到有這個療程的推介 - 新加坡10元/10分鐘足部護理....10元也不是大數目, 姑且一試.

沖洗了雙腿之後走進一間像溫泉個室的房間, 溫泉水裡就有無數的魚毛在游戈...抱住好奇的心情, 雙腿慢慢下水~~

最初雙腿浸在水時, 魚毛們稍為謹慎, 先遠觀, 數秒後發現沒有危險便馬上蜂湧而上,飢餓地啜吸我那雙金華火腿的死皮.....我不是怕咯吱的人, 可是魚毛那麼樣的"吸啜, 啜吸", 實在受不了!!!!!!!! 想把腿提出水面避開襲擊, 想到已付的銀兩," 唉!頂硬上啦!!", 慢慢適應了些, 把注意力放在閱讀報紙, 加上拍照留念, 終於捱完了[欲仙欲死]的煎熬, 上水!!!

除了腿部療程，還有全身浸泡療程，但就算是免費我也不會試，因為實在太受不了！！
事後摸摸雙腿，　不知是心理作用還是什麼，好像是嫩滑了也白晢了．．．．

reason of leaving : no TV, no internet at home. No common area to rest. Everynight would rather spend time outside just went home to sleep => ended up spent much more money than expected.

- a sad Moon festival
reason of leaving : decided to have a longer stay in SG, new place has nice location and cheap rent

6. Mar 06 ~ Haig Road HDB
reason of leaving : paying $50 more to a room with doubling size and be able to cook.

7. Nov 06 ~ Serangoon
- 新居入伙
reason of leaving : couldn't take the noise and the food smell..... same price and same condition as Serangoon

8. Dec 06 ~ Baliestier Road 
- 不愛負責任 
reason of leaving : landlady sold the house, everyone has to move

9. Aug 07 ~ Toa Payoh HDB (utility room) 人人搬屋好
- tragic & pukey encounter
reason of leaving : landlord sold the flat, everyone has to move (well, planned to move out already as it's inconvenient to stay with 4 men, just speed up my plan)

10. Oct 07 ~ Haig Road HDB 
- unreasonably kicked out
reason of leaving : HDB doing upgrade and blocked the entrance.  Landlord claimed that he was not being informed of the issue. Forced to move out with 1 day's notice

11. Jul 08 ~ Tiong Bahru HDB (common room)

20 Feb (My birthday) - He came to my place early at dawn... then we spent almost the whole day together..... 
 

17 Mar - we met up and still feeling sweet~~

16 April - he didn't call me since 15 April, and didnt' reply my sms... not sure if he's sick and tired of me or he's too busy with work..

17 Apr - Happy 2 months anniversary
We both love and treasure each other very much.

I have mixed feelings, not sure how long will our love last, of course I would like it to be forever.  I will be happy if I can still talk about this relationship at 17 May, 17 June, 17 July........ etc.

But sometimes thinking of we may fall out of love when passion dies.... well, well, well....I will post this blog when we reach a conclusion / solution.... (17 April 2008)

Salad Dressing Ingredients :
Olive oil
Garlic cloves (crushed)
Dried herbs (Basil leaves, Mixed herbs or Italian herbs, etc)
Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Black Pepper
Salt

There's no fixed quantity for the ingredients, you can put as much or as little as you want according to personal preference....... yet the finished product is still delicious.  Put everything in a glass bottle, shake well then can serve.  No refrigeration is required. 

It's really simple, healthy and delicious  Try yourself and you will know what I meant ~~

沙拉油材料:
橄欖油
蒜頭 (壓碎用)
香草碎(九層塔,意大利香草....等等)
鮮搾西檸汁
粗黑胡椒粒
幼鹽
為什麼材料只有名稱, 沒有份量? 因為Poo99這瓶沙拉油所有的材料都求求其其, 沒有特定份量....因個人喜好隨意地加入搖勻便可以淋在蔬菜上進食. 例如: 喜愛蒜香的可以加入大量蒜頭, 喜愛淡口的可以減少鹽的份量; 份量因應沙拉材料有所調節而更能帶出食物的鮮味
健康, 美味, 不需冷藏~~

Ingredients :
Crushed ice, coconut milk, 1/2 peach, Nata de Coco, Mango Puree and Passion Fruit.....=> something that may cost a few bucks in a dessert shop now cost how much for grassroot Poo to enjoy?
